Meet Andrew
Mathematics has always been a passion of mine, and I enjoy helping students discover that challenging concepts can become approachable with the right guidance. My goal is not simply to improve grades, but to help students build confidence and become independent problem-solvers.
I graduated with my Bachelor's in Mathematics and Computer Science with a 3.9 GPA. I later served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at George Mason University, where I helped undergraduate students succeed in challenging mathematics courses.
Over the past five years, I've tutored students through private instruction, Varsity Tutors, and Mathnasium, where I also helped develop individualized learning curriculum for many students. Every lesson I teach is crafted to strengthen and improve on every foundational skill necessary to learn the material at hand. I continue to employ these skills in tutoring settings, and will make sure that every student receives the most beneficial experience I can provide.
